So me and J made sushi rice, used the spam musubi maker to make them in rectangles, and cut them in thirds.
S did her best to cut up the green oniona for garniah and extra flavor, but J had to step in coz S wasn't doing to well... LoL!
I fried the rice in a little oil (I think Shokudo deep fries them to get it crispy all around. Mine was crispy only on top and bottom, but was still pretty crispy).
S, J, and I put it all together and it was awesome! The little red dots are shiracha coz it wasn't spicy enough! Ai ai ai!
